Paul Cataldo and Linda Miller Featured on a Woodstock Film documentary Soundtrack (Part1)

Cyrille Vincent

Everything happens for a reason and the people we meet as well. On our second day filming in Bethel Woods New York, Lauren R Preston (1960's Scholar) wanted to go back for the second time to the museum and the original site where the event happened in 69. We couldn't get enough of it; it was unbelievable to live history as it was. I felt like I was going back in the time. Really, at some point it felt like that. “Love everywhere!”

We visited the museum and went through the exhibitions again and again; finally, we exited by the little corner store   that lead visitors to the back of the site where more than 400.000 people came together to celebrate peace, music and love.
We walked through a secret road following people steps on the grass to the monument not far from the museum.

When we arrived at the monument there was a reunion of hippies and all kinds of people wearing distinctive tie-dyed T-shirts with the peace sign and the message: (Welcome Home). On the back was written, (49th Woodstock Reunion).

To be honest , I don’t remember exactly how we started the conversation with Paul Cataldo , but we  surprised ourselves quickly in a deep conversation with him about originality in business, engagement in  music and life,  names giving (yes you read it well names giving) and all kind of s**** and cultures out there.

At first, we didn't know Paul was a musician. In fact, Paul plays a lot of instruments including drums and has released several of his songs on online platforms for the pleasure of his fans and for free...wow!

The cool thing is, Paul was 12 years old at the time Woodstock was happening in 1969 and he had the privilege of witnessing the organizers building and prepping the site while complete strangers of about a half million were invading the town ...
